Katie Griesbeck of Cakebread Cellars will host this vitner dinner featuring Cakebread Cellars lineup of fine wines paired with a delicious four-course menu.
Reception: 2016 Chardonnay, Napa Valley
First Course: Tuna Ceviche consisting of blue fin tuna, harissa sauce, avocado, grapefruit, cucumber and pumpkin seed granola paired with 2016 Sauvignon Blanc, Napa Valley
Second Course: Semolina Gnocchi with roasted seasonal vegetables, mushroom, butternut squash puree, sage, brown butter sauce paired with 2015 Pinot Noir Two Creeks, Anderson Valley
Third Course: Ribeye with confit trumpet mushroom, mushroom duxelle, caper, white anchovy, bernaise sauce paired with 2014 Mullan Road Cellars Red Blend, Columbia Valley, WA
Dessert: Gingerbread pound cake, bruleed toasted marshmallow, chocolate drizzle paired with 2016 Late Harvest Sauvignon Blanc, Napa Valley
